Participants will learn to analyze the job market, identify attractive career paths, and create professional application documents, such as CVs and cover letters, tailored to selected industries and positions.

The module covers self-presentation techniques for job interviews, strategies for answering difficult questions, and building a professional online image, including on platforms like LinkedIn.
Key leadership skills:
The training will help participants understand the fundamentals of leadership, key managerial competencies necessary for effective team management, and building strong workplace relationships.
Motivation within the team:
Participants will learn how to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and effectively manage by objectives while monitoring team progress and supporting its development.
Effective time management and task organization:

Participants will learn and analyze various types of contracts currently used in the Polish labor market and understand their legal issues. They will familiarize themselves with the rights and obligations of employees arising from the provisions of the Labor Code.
Prevention in the workplace:
Participants will learn the definition of mobbing. They will get acquainted with its examples, effects, and legal consequences for employers and employees.
Mobbing in the context of psychological violence:
Participants will learn assertiveness and methods of defending against such behavior at work, as well as the links between mental health and career.
Balance between work and personal life:
Participants will learn how to effectively apply work-life balance and how to protect themselves from the effects of burnout and chronic stress. They will discover ways to prevent these phenomena.
